Emma provides counselling to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other adjustment issues.

Emma is trained in the following evidence-based therapies: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

Emma provides individual therapy to parents to improve their confidence and strengthen parent-child relationships.
